Healtech Exhaust Servo Eliminator - Honda CBR1000RR-R / SP ESE-H05
Compatibility:
- 2020
- 2021
- 2022
All variants, special editions are supported, except where noted for the selected bike model/year. If you do not see a different model variant listed, it means product fitment is the same as for the standard model.
Typically, when you purchase an aftermarket exhaust system a small plate is included to bolt onto the top of the exhaust servo, the purpose is to restrict the servo’s movement so the bike’s computer still thinks the exhaust valve is connected and working correctly, preventing the FI (fuel injection sometimes mistakenly called the F1) fault light from illuminating on the dash board.
The problem with these plates is they require you keep the servo motor installed, taking up a lot of valuable room plus the servo motor is dead weight, providing no benefit except fooling the ECU.
If you disconnect the exhaust servo motor (EXUP) from the wiring harness of the bike, the ECU will send an FI error/trouble code to the dashboard. Our Exhaust Servo Eliminator will get rid of the FI light instantly. Just plug it to the designated socket in the wiring harness (in place of the servo motor) and you’re all set. You can regain some valuable under-seat storage with the removal of the servo motor, the operating cables and everything that belongs to it. You could even shed up to 1kg/2lbs of weight. Now you have space for that coveted alarm system, fuel/ignition module, traction control module, safety vest, medi-kit, puncture repair kit, tools or whatever you might store under the seat.
All ESE models are plug-n-play, installation is a breeze. Just locate the exhaust servo motor under the rider/passenger seat, disconnect the cables and wiring, plug in the ESE to the OEM connector and that’s it! You’re ready for the ride!
