Staubli has two different product ranges for race motorcycle brake line connections. The two ranges are:

SPH/BA
The first of these is SPH/BA – this is a bayonet locking product (push together and twist to separate), that has 2 locking pins. Please see the technical brochure below for info - the products are available in a range of bore sizes, although it is the 3mm nominal bore SPH03/BA that is relevant for brake lines. The products are available in 3 materials – aluminium, stainless steel or titanium – and it is the aluminium versions that are widely used at Superbike level.

CBR 02
The other product range is CBR – this is only available in one bore size, a smaller 2mm, and only in titanium; and as such this is a smaller, lighter weight solution. This is a 3 pin bayonet locking product, rather than the SPH03 which is 2 pins.
